His expertise in high-stakes security includes Presidential Protection for the 2020 Inauguration and his ongoing services as an investigator for the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office. His seasoned perspective ensures absolute compliance and impenetrable protection across every facet of the operation.

Vice PresidentAshton serves as Sierra7’s Vice President, guiding the company’s direction, structure, and long‑term strategy. From the earliest days of Sierra7, he has been responsible for building the organization’s operational foundation: shaping how the company presents itself, how it functions internally, and how it positions for future growth. Ashton’s leadership blends disciplined decision‑making with a clear understanding of how to build systems, teams, and identity from the ground up. His work ensures Sierra7 moves with intention, clarity, and a scalable framework as the company prepares for major contracts and expansion.
John McGhee
A veteran of the Dekalb County Police Department with a career-long commitment to the service of others. A highly certified security expert, he has extensive experience managing large scale operations at major venues, ensuring the safety and security of more than 1,000 individuals per event. His leadership ensures that even the most demanding environments remain secure.

Christian Skaggs
With 13 years of law enforcement experience, Christian has served in a variety of roles and specialized assignments. His experience includes crime suppression, plainclothes fugitive and surveillance operations, and high-risk warrant service involving violent felony offenders. Christian currently serves as a full-time law enforcement instructor and as an entry team operator on a Special Response Team (SRT). His professional background reflects an ongoing commitment to public safety, operational excellence, and the development of law enforcement personnel.
